ASSOCIATE

 

Interested in the event industry but not sure where to start? Join our associate program and learn the industry first-hand, on a part time basis. Hours and event schedule are flexible based on business and your availability. Pay varies by event and job function.

Our next associate cycle with openings is Spring 2027 - the application window will be open from February 15th - March 1st, with a start date of March 22. You can apply here, at that time - please send your resume and interest. Early applications or emails will not be saved.

  • The associate position has a starting pay of $18 per hour, but could increase depending on experience.

  • The Spring Associate position runs March 22nd - June 6th, 2027

  • Position responsibilities include:

    • admin work (timelines, budgets, client communications, internal communications, design boards, vendor communications & research, contract negotiations, and more)

    • on site support (including set up, breakdown, real-time logistics support, and more)

  • This position is a hybrid position - admin work is remote and on-site event work is in person.

  • All applicants must be over 18 years old to apply, and must have reliable transportation

  • Applicants must reside in central Kentucky
