ABOUT
Located in the heart of Bourbon & Horse Country, Lexington Event Company serves as an intensive hands-on event planning, consulting and management firm - allowing our clients to get back to what they do best. Sure, we call Kentucky “home”. But, our team LOVES to travel and we have the connections across the U.S. (and beyond) to flawlessly execute your event, no matter the location! Below is a map of locations we’ve produced events in thus far, and we’d love to add a pin to the map! Over the last 12+ years, we’ve served hundreds of clients through hundreds of events.

HISTORY
Originally a side hustle, Kaelyn Query (Founder + CEO) started her career in events and hospitality while in high school, as part of an internship program offered at her school. She quickly realized a passion for planning, and continued to plan and manage events on the side, through her sorority at the University of Kentucky, and beyond. After managing two restaurants during and post-college, she took a leap of faith and turned her side hustle into a true career, launching her first (official) business in 2013. She’s since opened a number of operations in the central Kentucky area, and produced countless events across the U.S. with a number of different teams. Kaelyn has served in every aspect of the industry, from washing dishes to welcoming c-suite executives - and everything in between.
