Turkey Day Giveaway 2025 (KY)

The holidays and end-of-year bring a lot of added stress. Whether you plan to celebrate this holiday season, or just gather with family and friends for a meal - we want to make things a little easier. We are excited to partner with a team of businesses in central Kentucky for the second annual Turkey Day Giveaway KY!

What does that mean?

One person will win a meal for 8 - completely FREE! And we don’t just mean the entree and sides….we mean EVERYTHING. The food, desserts, wine, place cards, floral centerpieces, the place settings, and more! All of the details, terms, and inclusions are listed below - along with information on how to enter and contact information if you have additional questions. We hope you’ll join us, and enter for a chance to win!

THE PRIZE (valued at $1,200)

  • Catering - Thanks to DaRae & Friends Catering, you’ll get a yummy dinner of sliced roasted turkey breast, stuffing, gravy, coca-cola ham, cranberry salad, mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole, southern style green beans, and more!

    • Dietary restrictions can be accommodated, with notice (please see terms)

  • Rentals - Our design team at Kentucky Event Company will curate the place settings for your affair, so you can enjoy your meal in style. Includes China, glassware, flatware, linen napkins & table cloths, serving dishes, and more! Everything you need to serve and enjoy your meal.

  • Centerpieces - Thanks to Stems, LLC, your table will be decorated with beautiful Fall florals. You can choose between 1 large centerpiece or 2 medium pieces.

  • Menu Cards - Thanks to Connor Query Art, you’ll have menu cards, food cards, and other beautiful paper goods designed to match the aesthetic.

  • Custom Sugar Cookies - Thanks to Cookie Social, this package includes 3 dozen custom sugar cookies, matching the theme.

    • Dietary restrictions cannot be accommodated for the cookies

  • Wine - This package includes a $200 gift card (donated by Kentucky Event Company) to Vine&Branch. The winner can select wines to pair with the dinner, or other yummy treats.

  • Sweets - This package includes assorted macarons and other sweets by La Petite Delicat

    • Some dietaries can be accommodated, with notice.



ENTRY DETAILS

  • You MUST be following @kyeventco on Instagram to be eligible. 

  • Entries submitted from Monday, November 10th (12:00 PM ET) to Sunday November 16th (11:59 PM ET) will be eligible for the contest.

THE TERMS

  • You must be 21 years old, or older, to participate and win. 

  • This contest is not associated or endorsed by Instagram. 

  • Winner will be selected at random on Monday November 17th at 9:00 AM ET. The winner will have until Tuesday November 18th 9:00 AM ET to confirm and accept their prize. A second winner will be selected if the first winner does not accept/confirm. 

  • Dietary restrictions can be accommodated on some items, with notice. Please reference items above for what can be accommodated. 

    • Catering can accommodate dietaries - these must be submitted with 7 days notice of pick up. 

    • Bread and cookies cannot accommodate dietary restrictions. 

  • Kentucky Event Co will coordinate with the winner for pick up of all items. All items will need to be picked up in Lexington, between Monday November 24th - Wednesday November 26th.

  • Photos used are inspiration only, they are not the final product(s). 

  • Rental items (china, glassware, flatware, etc.) are rentals only. and must be returned. A credit or debit card is required at pick up to be placed on file should items be missing or damaged.    

  • Kentucky Event Company and all other partners are not liable or responsible should the winner fail to pick up or retrieve items. Replacements will not be offered for items not picked up.

  • Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced. This package is non-transferrable. 

  • Only this account will announce the winner. Any other accounts announcing the winner are spam and should be disregarded. Kentucky Event Company will not ask for personal or financial information.
