2023 Year in Review

As we close out the 2023 chapter, we look back and reflect on the highs and lows of the year. We had some really big wins - we accomplished so many things, we crushed goals, and we set ourselves on pace to really thrive in 2024 and beyond. We also had a couple of challenging events, we experienced some tough lessons, and we hit a few speedbumps.


But what came out of it? Our word for 2024: G R O W T H .

We are choosing to look at each challenge, hurdle, and frustrating moment as an opportunity to learn - and more importantly, to grow. We’ve updated our process and procedure, we’ve changed the way we on-board clients, we’ve tweaked our client comms cadence, and we’ve reviewed the type of clients we want to work with moving forward. And it’s SO exciting. There’s nothing better than a fresh start - and that’s what the new year gives us. An opportunity to hit the “reset” button and to start all over again.

Reset the goals, reset the meter, reset the metrics, the standards, and the expectations.


2024 is kicking off with a bang - and we have the busiest Q1 since 2018. BRING. IT. ON.
